PACER Public Access to Court Electronic Records you can see!
It’s been on my mind that maybe people should know and understand what PACER is and how all court documents, minutes and case eviedence can be viewed by the general public.
This information is available due to our wonderful Constitution and Freedom of Information Act. If you’ve seen court records regarding HOPCC, this is where they are from. Nothing shady. Nothing secret. This is the law and what’s available to you and I as a citizen of America.
You sign up, search a case and pay a small fee per page to view court stuff you’re interested in. Just takes that fee and time.
You as a lay person can see any evidence, calendar events and information as the case progresses. There is no secrets the church can hide regarding court proceedings, if you are willing to look for yourself.
You don’t have to wait for a long away trial to make a decision for you. You can view the evidence and decide for yourself. See how it hits your own gut instinct compared to what you have lived through. Get a look into how this case is unfolding to decide your future life choices.
For starters, the court has proved well enough that RD is not the real Rony Denis by social insurance numbers, fingerprints, photos and birthdates. The real Rony Denis died in 1989. No one knows who the lead Pastor of HOPCC is. This has been proven enough, that is why the Judge decided he is a flight risk, amongst other things they don’t want to let him out for. While he is going to appeal his detention, I highly doubt he will get out since NO ONE knows who he actually is. There is the possibility for him to use his unknown real ID and flee.
Consider already by the evidence, do you want to put all your eggs in this unknown persons basket?
Is this person trustworthy?
Has he walked in honesty with you?
Does that lie of omission make you go hmmmm about the other charges and accusations?
No judge has to decide that for you.
You can make decisions for yourself by seeing the actual court information by yourself. Some people are kind enough to share the files too. This is your life.
The church, nor FNULNU has no power over hiding this information and evidence. Please don’t leave it up to the 10 or so congregants that were present in court to decipher the information presented in any skewed way to YOU!
There is an agenda for those left now in the newly formed “higher ups,” system, they don’t want you to leave or question their structure. They still need your money. They still need your body and presence to settle their own fears and discomfort. Also, to stay caught up in their distorted views and new found power.
It's hard to admit your whole past within these buildings has been a lie. That’s called betrayal, which leads to Betrayal Trauma and PTSD. You can survive this!
