Sue them

Since they plea the 5th, sue them.

They're trying to get the case into a stalemate.

For the former members who actually attended their Bible school, where they used up all benefits never getting an accredited degree, you can sue them.

Call a lawyer, pay the fee, and get a settlement of all the funds used by them, on top of the time now where you could not advance in your career because their fraudulent school held you back.

This can get you a 6 figure settlement.

That's what I would do, but I never went to their Bible school.

If you're credit score is good, you can finance the fee for a lawyer.

The fee should cost around 5k.

You can finance it with monthly payments under $200 for up to 36 months.
