Yep. They are quoting mighty cause terms of service. They actually insert hopcc into the disclaimer to make it seem that they are somehow directly covered by mighty cause. Again they have totally taken their disclaimer (mighty cause) and altered it to include themselves. If you read the disclaimer it pretty much applies to them and how they conduct themselves using mighty cause services.
