Jesus Warned Us!!!

Matthew 15:1-9

A perfect description of Rony Denis and his house of prayer organization. The scribes and the Pharisees questioned Jesus why His disciples transgressed the tradition of the elders, but Jesus asked them why do they trangress the commandment of God by their tradition?

Rony Denis disregards the Word of God when it comes to his traditions or what he would call holiness. This “holiness” has become his righteousness, more accurately, his self-righteousness.

Salvation in Denis’ eyes is for you to give to all kinds of functions he has devised for his organization i.e. world missions, building funds, love offerings, lawyer offerings, Sunday night budget offerings, radio program offerings, Bible School offerings, and even using your name and credit score offerings for the “work of the Lord”, the Bible does speak about giving but Denis takes it to the extreme to where he has developed a church Ponzi scheme. His program for what you are giving for would be ended but he has you still giving to it without telling you that the program has ended. His greediness has turned criminal.  As you give to all of his gimmicks, in return he teaches you his brand of Christianity which is not true Christianity, but Pharisaism, the doctrines and practices of the Pharisees.

Another ingredient of Denis’ recipe for salvation is the dress code. You must conform to the culture of his house of prayer by confirming to his dress code. They even refer to their clothing as being “holy”, even though the Bible doesn’t refer to our clothing being holy but for us to be holy. If wearing a suit is holy then all of our politicians are holy. We are made holy by God’s Spirit and His Word, not our clothing.  The Bible does speak about the attire of a harlot and modest clothing, but again Denis takes his traditions to the extreme with his dress code religion. You can be modest without being legalistic. The scribes, who were normally with the Pharisees,  also liked to where long clothing as well. They liked to make their prayers long, and liked to sit in the chief seats or in other words wanted to be recognized. Just like Rony Denis, Mark 12:38-40. In Matthew 26:5-7, Jesus also speaks about the Pharisees enlarging the boarders of their garments to be seen of men and how they love to be recognized and called Rabbi, Rabbi. Normally Christians could refer to each other as Brother or Sister. In Denis’ house of prayer, it would be highly disrespectful to call Denis Brother Denis.

Interestingly in Matthew 15 it speaks also about the Pharisees blatant disregard for God’s Word concerning the parents. Jesus said that the Pharisees made the commandment of God concerning honoring your parents of none effect by their tradition. Just like Rony Denis and his house of prayer.

Christianity is truly from the heart. Denis and his group has made it From from their mouths and lips. In vain do they worship God, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men instead of the commandments of God, which is to love God and your neighbor.

In Matthew 23 Jesus acknowledged that the scribes and Pharisees at the time sat in Moses’ seat, so he instructed his followers to observe what they said but not to do as they did because they were hypocrites. The law came by Moses but Grace and Truth came by Jesus. Thanks be to God for the proper balance of Scripture and Christianity.

Denis’ extreme views has led him and his followers into a ditch. His mind is so deranged now that he has people bowing down to him! The danger of the spirit of error leads to such cult worship.

On the other side of the spectrum you have those who have no standards or convictions, biblical or otherwise, yet claim Christ as savior. One extremist preacher who is opposite of Denis’ extremist views, says that there is no hell and that everyone is going to heaven. These give strength to Denis’ false claims that all are living “worldly and ungodly” except his organization.

The truth is, Christianity is a personal relationship between you and God through Jesus Christ. And remember Jesus did warn us.

  1. And the beast was taken, and with him the false prophet that wrought miracles before him, with which he deceived them that had received the mark of the beast, and them that worshipped his image. These both were cast alive into a lake of fire burning with brimstone. REV 19:20

He that leadeth into captivity shall go into captivity: he that killeth with the sword must be killed with the sword. Here is the patience and the faith of the saints. REV 13:10

9 If any man have an ear, let him hear.

  2. It’s dangerous to use the Bible against people, twisting doctrine for pleasures. Some of the “pastors” who left the organizations were ones who hurt members in the past as well – you can’t see the light now, and bash the Denis man when/if you were of equal yoke. Prayer is important.

I just got called a homosexual by my own brother (he attends HOPCC in Fayetteville) who is brainwashed by the organization, because I use the internet and I have a facebook account. I was told that I cheat on my wife because I have the internet, hence I watch pornography. It was the most awkward thing. A month ago, his fellow HOPCC member said under his breath, about the recent church shooting…”they shot the wrong church….they should’ve shot up that Baptist one that pastor talked about.” He didn’t realize I heard that – red flag!!! To even speak about other churches, let alone, about death to them!!! Wow… once they’re in, it may take years to be delivered because for a grown man to gossip about others and bash people, then yell “i’m saved, i’m better..” I brought up the protests and the answer “all those people are nasty, they dress disgusting, they’re jealous. The pastors took money, their wives flirted in the churches and Denis convicted them and they don’t like it.”

Now that may be true about some pastors, since none stood up against the wrong it seems, but self-control is lacking. There’s no Fruit of the Spirit. You have to cut ties with evil minded people who use doctrine to make them feel empowered.

    1. Whatever the so-called “pastors” did in the past and church members, believe it or not, they still need to expose “the Denis man.” Thank God for anyone who comes to the light regardless of your past. Exposing wickedness is not bashing, it’s enlightening the captives to set those free who love truth instead of lies.😀

  3. Jesus warned us about people like Rony Denis and the spirits that operate in Hopcc. It’s truly amazing how the people there will unflinchingly LIE for Rony Denis. There is definitely a spirit of deception at work in this place. I have come to realize that Denis has been a liar from the beginning. I foolishly gave him the benefit of doubt writing it off as maybe he had some type of mistakes or misunderstandings rolling around in his head, plus he played the Haitian foreigner card to his advantage. But, the time came when enough was enough, this shrewd hypocrite went to far. It wasn’t an overzealous Pastor trying to “protect” his flock by stumbling around with the truth. It was a cold blooded, calculating, evil genius, if you will, plotting everything all along. After awhile you began to see the pattern of his operation. If you leave his cult he will trash you to no end if he thinks your leaving will affect someone. They outwardly preach so hard against sin while gross sinfulness runs rampant throughout their cult. Every conference the ministers meet at Denis’ house and he would always talk about who did what and how this one is messed up and how he is on the mountain top waiting for us to come up or catch up to him. At other times he would say that we would never catch him, so don’t even try. It became apparent that it was all a game. A deadly game with dire consequences. I thank God we made it out and that we made it out with others. Hopefully more will make it out. I don’t worry too much of why I was there for so long. All things work together for the good to them who love God and are the according to His purposes. Maybe we were a type of Lot in the Hopcc Sodom, and God was and is using us to warn the people there. God loves the world and His plans are amazing! Don’t be afraid to leave Hopcc, God has a place for you in His heart.

  4. Not only Denis, but his followers took it to the next level as well. Little kid things were considered wrong by these people like Thomas the train and Hello kitty but they can be bitter, full of anger, and hypocrites.

  5. True liberty is only found in Jesus Christ, not in the bondage and restrictions of Rony Denis’ many rules and regulations. I left his group not because I wanted sin but because I wanted to get away from sin. There are many truths that that Ntcc and Hopcc have preached in the past but also many lies and utter hypocrisy.
Before I came to Christ I was a slave to my passions, a slave to sin. When I came to Jesus, He gave me a clean heart, His Spirit, and power to be a child of God. I can choose Him because by His grace I want to. Ntcc didn’t save me nor did Hopcc, Jesus did. I spent some time in both groups and have moved on by God’s grace. Initially in Ntcc I was taught that a standard of dress for example was a standard and not a sin if not followed. The pastor at the time said that long pants were the standard but you couldn’t say long shorts were wrong. Eventually, in Hopcc, you were a sinner going to hell if you don’t keep the standards which now superseded the Bible.
Jesus truly does warn us. Early on in Hopcc I told my family that Denis was not my salvation. They were not ready to leave yet. I had left and then came back after Denis apologized for his wrongdoing. During this time he made a statement of me leaving without my family and being alone. It took some years but this time Denis, I left again but this time not alone. God is so good!

  6. Yes, this group is crazy! I went there and all they do is condemn for anything. I can see how people get caught up though because some seemingly teach that you can do anything and be saved. Thank God that there is truth in Jesus!
